What you pay for
The cost for the trips and days out will vary depending on the location but will cover all of your transport costs to and from the organised location and parking. You will see a list of prices for each of the trips and days out in our latest Trips programme, along with all of the scheduled dates.
Additional charges
The cost covers transport and parking only (unless stated otherwise). Additional mobility equipment, refreshments and entry fees are excluded and are the responsibility of the passenger. Charges apply to all people travelling, including carers. We will always give an approximate entry price where applicable, which will be correct at the date of publishing, but may be subject to change by the venue.
Bookings and arrangements
Places are limited and bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis. We will confirm your booking a month before the trip and a reserve list will be available for our most popular trips.
On most occasions, drivers are not able to chaperone individuals at venues, therefore wheelchair users must travel with a chaperone. In some cases it may be possible for People to Places to provide a chaperone, please call the People to Places office if this would help you and we can discuss this further.
Pick up times will also be advised approximately 3 days before the trip.
You must meet the following criteria:
~ Be an RBWM resident
~ Have mobility needs due to disability, illness, vulnerability or social isolation
