Shopmobility is a very affordable scheme where you can loan mobility equipment at a great rate, plus you benefit from free parking whilst you are there. Here are our prices and membership options explained a little bit more.
Prices and Membership
We offer 3 key services that an individual can join as a single service user or as a multiple service user. These are:
- Community Transport
- Shopmobility
- Trips & Days Out
Once you select the service or services that are appropriate for you, you will then pay an annual membership fee according to the options you have selected. Each service is optional as you may only wish to use 1 of our services, or a selection of some or all of our services. Here are examples below.

Non-Membership Prices
Day hire is available at both our Shopmobility Windsor and Maidenhead locations and can be accessed by both Residents of the Royal Borough and visitors and tourists too.

Extended Hire Prices
Our extended hire service is a great way to travel further afield with ease and equipment can be taken anywhere within the UK.
Manual wheelchairs are available at both our Windsor and Maidenhead locations for extended hire. Extended hire of one of our portable scooters, is available from our Shopmobility Windsor office only.
There is a short form to complete which requires photo ID and proof of address. You will then be given a full demonstration on folding and charging the equipment.
