● Charges are for each person on the minibus, transport only
unless specified
● Bookings are made on a first come first served basis, with a
reserve list operating
● Bookings can only be made by completing the form and returning
it, with full payment, by post to the office or via a

● Confirmation of bookings will be sent once payment is received
● All bookings must be made 7 days before the date of the trip.
At this point if insufficient bookings have been made the trip will be
cancelled and monies either refunded or held on account for other
trips/dial-a-ride journeys, as directed by the individual
● All trips are planned based on two locations for pick-ups,
i.e. Maidenhead and Windsor/Ascot. As all trips are subject to a minimum
number of passengers, the two location pick-up provides more members an
opportunity to travel
● Wheelchair passengers must have an escort with them on their
trips
