People to Places is the local charity in the Royal Borough of Windsor
and Maidenhead providing specialist accessible transport for people
with access and mobility issues.
As part of an expansion in our activities we are looking to hire an
Operations Manager to be responsible for day to day supervision of
operational matters, administration, staff and volunteers across our
three sites. We are looking for an individual with a good standard of
general education who has demonstrable experience of planning,
prioritisation and organisation. This is a hands on role, and the successful
candidate needs to be able to float between a number of
operational roles to ensure that the People to Places functions effectively
at all times.

People to Places is dedicated to people living in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, who due to illness, age or disability are not able to transport themselves.
Providing much more than simply a minibus with a tail lift, we enable people to live their lives as independently as possible and give peace of mind by ensuring they will arrive safely at their destination.
We are ' people based' organisation with drivers who will ensure a safe journey no matter the distance. All of our vehicles come in a variety of sizes but are all capable of safely carrying wheelchairs.
We provide transportation for both individuals and community organisations. Our
service enables local people to participate fully in their chosen activity or interest, Whether
it’s a local hop to a day centre or a day trip to the seaside -
